5 REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Design
Wire twister pliers shvll conform to Table 1 or 1M for the size specified, shall be similar to those shown in Fig 5. and shall meet the dimensional requirements of Fig. 1,2.3, ar 4 They shall be capable of passing all tests outlined in para. 6.
